E-retailers elevate their contact center CX at the eCommerce Expo 2018

The eCommerce Expo 2018, which takes place on the 26th and 27th September, is the largest event of its kind in the UK. It welcomes industry innovators and customer experience experts to discuss the current and future trends at the Olympia, London.

Diabolocom is delighted to be exhibiting at this year’s event, showcasing our customer interaction management solution which enables businesses to deliver an exceptional customer experience across all contact channels, whatever the volume of demand.

This year we are also excited to be hosting a speaker session. Our own Mercedes Barbuti, Sales Director for the UK & Ireland, will present ‘Five ways a cloud-based contact center solution can elevate the customer experience for ecommerce businesses.’
