CCW – Germany

The CCW Conference And Trade Show in Berlin is three intense days of networking from 27 to 29 February 2024.

All4Customer – France

All4Customer 2024 takes place on 26, 27 and 28 March at the Parc des Expositions, Porte de Versailles.

CCW Las Vegas – USA

For the first time, Diabolocom is taking part in Customer Contact Week from 3 to 6 June in Las Vegas, a major event for customer contact professionals. It is the world’s largest event in this sector, with over 250 speakers, 165 sessions and 5,000 participants.

K5 KONFERENZ 2024 – Germany

The K5 Konferenz 2024 will take place on 25 and 26 June 2024 at the Estrel Berlin and is regarded as a major event for e-commerce professionals. The event brings together the leading players in the digital sector for conferences, masterclasses, and offers important networking opportunities with areas dedicated to innovation and learning.

Customer Relationship & Marketing (CRM) Meetings – France

The Customer Relationship & Marketing (CRM) Meetings exhibition, which takes place on 18 and 19 September 2024 at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. This event is an opportunity for targeted face-to-face meetings between top decision-makers and exhibitors, representing over 2,000 professionals.

Palmes AFRC – France

The Palmes de la Relation Client awards are organised by the AFRC on 30 September 2024 and are France’s leading event dedicated to the Customer Experience. This annual event rewards the most innovative organisations in the field of customer and employee strategy. It attracts 800 participants and over 70 entries. Five prize categories are awarded, including Customer Experience, Employee Experience and Customer Director of the Year.

GO.DIGITAL Energieforen – Germany

The GO.DIGITAL event, organised by Energieforen Leipzig, is a key meeting place for energy professionals, focusing on the challenges and opportunities associated with the digitalisation of the sector. The next edition of GO.DIGITAL is scheduled for 5 to 6 November 2024 in Leipzig, once again promising enriching exchanges and important updates on technological advances and innovative solutions in the energy sector.

Relación Cliente Expo – Spain

Expo Relación Cliente is a major event focusing on the latest trends and innovations in customer relations and the contact centre. The 27th edition of this event is scheduled for 6 and 7 November 2024.

Service Summit Hamburg  – Germany

The Service Summit is a trade fair and conference dedicated to the digitalisation of customer service, organised by Velvet Ventures GmbH in Hamburg. The event, scheduled for 20 and 21 November 2024, brings together leading industry experts from SMEs to large corporations, as well as innovative providers of digital customer service solutions.

StrategyDays CRM, Callcenter & Marketing – Germany

On 25 and 26 October 2024, StrategyDays CRM, Callcenter & Marketing will be held in Bensberg, Germany.

Call & Contact Centre Expo – UK
